Garlic Chicken Bites

  • 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 5-6 garlic loves (minced) more if you love garlic!
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup


  1. Place chicken in a shallow dish or ziplock Baggie.
  2. In a small bowl mix olive oil, garlic and pepper.
  3. Pour over chicken
  4. Cover and marinate for at least a half hour
  5. Drain and preheat oven to 475
  6. Mix almond flour and cayenne pepper
  7. Coat chicken
  8. Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer
  9. Bake 10 minutes or until brown
