Pumpkin Spice Shake

  • 1 serving of Vanilla Protein Powder ( I like Orgain Organic Plant Protein)
  • 1/2 scoop of fiber (I use Garden of Life Raw Fiber)
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp of chia seeds (use 1/2 tsp if you like a thick shake)
  • 8 oz (1 cup) of unsweetened coconut, almond or cashew milk
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • splash of vanilla extract (no added sugar - I like Simply Organic)
  • 1 Tbsp. of Organic almond or cashew butter
  • 5 or 6 ice cubes


  1. Blend all in a vitamix or whatever kind of blender you have! Enjoy!!!
