Mayo-Parm Chicken

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup of Grapeseed oil Vegenaise or Homemade Mayo
  • 1 1/2 tsp of seasoning salt with NO msg (like Herbemare)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of black Pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 375. Mix together Mayo, Parmesan cheese, seasoning salt, garlic powder and pepper. Using a brush, generously apply mixture to chicken. If you have some left, flip the chicken and do the other side (you don't have to do this, only if you have extra! Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Enjoy!!! The whole family just LOVES this chicken 🙂
